About me
I’m Eloise (She/Her) a registered ANZACATA art therapist, who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Art making has played a big role in my life and a space of solace, when I couldn’t find the words. Through my lived experience as an artist and practising as an art therapist,I deeply believe in the therapeutic power of art to reconnect people to play and safety when words or understanding experiences aren’t accessible. Inviting a soft place to land I prioritise making therapy feel warm, relational and non-judgemental. So people can explore their inner world and facilitate meaningful change in their own pace, through the emotional safety of the therapeutic relationship.
My experience has been in private inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, as well as in private practice supporting neurodivergent folk. I have worked with a range of people and welcomed all different ages across the lifespan, gender identities, sexualities, neurotypes, cultures, faiths and abilities.
Through the years of practising as an art therapist I’ve supported clients through a range of mental health challenges and disabilities —— including autism, ADHD, PDA, anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, chronic stress and burnout, grief and loss, chronic health conditions, relational challenges, suicidal ideation, self-harm, interoception awareness, identity challenges, low self-esteem and life transitions.

The story behind
Artfelt Being Therapy
Artfelt Being was inspired by bringing together art, felt experience and being — creating space to connect with your inner world, express what may be difficult to put into words, and simply be as you are. It reflects my belief that therapy isn’t about fixing or changing who you are, but creating a safe space to explore, understand and connect with yourself.
